“I just want to start off by saying that this was the best Indian food that I have tried in a long time. We ordered the Kashmiri Goat Madras which came with rice and we also got garlic naan. Let me just say it was devoured within seconds, it was that good. 10/10 recommend! The service was really nice, all the workers were also very welcoming. They even gave us a complimentary Gulab jamun dessert which was also delicious!!“

“my friends and I had dinner here, tried the chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, and dal makhni with garlic naan. very rich, balanced flavors. my friend (who is from india) enjoyed the authenticity of the dishes and the quality of the palak paneer. staff were very attentive and kind. decoration is beautifully done and the bathroom + space is very clean. they also gave us complimentary elaneer payasam at the end of the meal. interested in coming back here for their $15 lunch special (curry + 2 appetizers) one day

“I generally get Doordash delivery from this place for the last couple months. It's quick service. I think their parathas are very good but their naans are mediocre at best. One thing I'd like to point out is inconsistency -sometimes they'd send me yogurt with the paratha and sometimes they won't. I like that some of their chicken options are white meat chicken.“

I decided on fried chicken and fried vegetable rice, which turned out to be an awesome choice. The rice came out first, and it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crisp, just the way I like it, even though I didn't request it that way. The customer service was top-notch—very professional. “We had a full buffet lunch today available only on weekends. The menu included Rajasthani Mirchi pakodas, vegetarian sandwich, Pani purees, Pav Bhajee, Mango juice and Chaas as Appetisers followed by main course with 4 veg curries, Uttapams, Nan, Paneer Parothas, purees, Pineapple biryanee, basmati rice, daal, papadams and 3 types of sweets. “The thali and sekuwa were standouts for us! The sekuwa was well flavored and moist. The thali came with three really delicious curries/ gravys, aachar, curd, and a gulab jamun.
Makalu is a small, bright restaurant with a handful of tables and seating at the bar for 4. We enjoyed both their Indian and Nepali dishes. The momo were good, but didn't standout compared to other offerings in nearby cities and towns. We'll likely go back to try the pani puri!“

Stopped in to pick up a vegan sausage onion and pepper pizza and it was fantastic. I had ordered it well done and they cooked it perfectly. The two guys who were working this past Monday were friendly and welcoming to my son and I. The pizza was ready on time and tasted great. I would've uploaded a picture of the full pizza, but I ate half of it on the drive home, because it was that good lol. 10/10 would definitely recommend the waltham location. 🍕“
