Order Bibimbap and paid for extra bulgogi (Korean steak basically). With 2 sodas, cost me $46 to get delivered. Didnt give me extra bulgogi and no chopsticks, utensils or napkins. Meal was mediocre at best. Fried egg looks like it was from a quail it was so small. Portions doesnt = the price. Should have looked at Google reviews first...understand why they have a 3.8. Will order elsewhere from now on.
Came here for the first time and wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help when I went to place my order, so I ended up using the kiosk myself since no one offered assistance. Since it was my first time trying this food, I would have appreciated some guidance — what the items were, how they come, whether I could customize anything. They have a few vegetarian options on their menu. Vegetarian fried rice was good, and their donuts were absolutely delish. They're different from american donuts as Tracey our friendly Korean server, mentioned that they're very popular in her country. The restaurant is small and clean. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back for the donuts.
