Very nice Dunkin Donuts with good food and coffee. The $6 meal deal is offered and cannot be found anywhere else. A few tables and a bathroom provide basic seating, and no stairs make the location easy for wheelchairs. Staff are patient, hard‑working and often go above and beyond to fulfill orders. Consistently good coffee and food keep customers returning. Mobile orders are ready in a timely manner for a quick coffee fix. Employees are amazing, some have been there longer and keep things neat and clean. The staff keep things so neat and clean and deliver great service with a smile even when there is a lot to frown about. The night crew sometimes does not always wipe down tables or sweep, but the overall atmosphere remains friendly. The beverage cooler was relocated behind the counter after thefts, and the store remains a mixed bag with occasional delays when a key is forgotten. Customers may wait an hour or more for the store to open, but most find the experience better than the last Dunkin donuts in central. The location at Central Sq. Cambridge replaces a previous store and offers a reliable place for coffee, cream, no sugar or sugar as requested. The staff are superstars who make the day brighter and keep the service running smoothly. The employees also get orders good when you ask for chocolate donut and bacon for sandwiches.
