We were not notified of an hour wait on sushi after ordering appetizers, we went to put in our sushi order and we're told it would be over an hour for sushi. We ending up leaving because we were frustrated and falsely informed. Service was very slow although it was a busy night.

I love Mix-it and order often. Their food is always great and delivery is prompt. I love their rewards program when you order through Toast Tab. Would recommend.

We got spicy seafood udon noodle soup and it was way too sweet so i just fished for the noodles out of the bowl onto another plate to eat it and like wise with Mongolian beef, way too sweet for my liking, went there because of good reviews from other people but disappointed... the waitress was not attentive either, especially given that it was not even a busy night, not even 1/2 full, probably on 1/3 seating capacity

Great place for Japanese food. Very tasty food, I ordered the salmon tidbits. It also comes with miso soup as well. Small downside, I do not know how to use chopsticks and eating salad was a struggle. Great place otherwise.

Delivery driver said food was delivered and it was not. Delivery driver is NOT tracked through Grub-hub and is done independently by the restaurant. Was too late to reorder. Driver did NOT call upon arrival and did not answer when called to ask where he had placed the food. Honestly really disappointing that when calling the restaurant the women who picked up the phone was combative and first said it wasn’t within their control, but then said they would speak to the delivery driver. Just from the customer service— 1 star. Will not be ordering from here again.

The lady waitress was a wonderful person. But poor lady needs more help, to make that place one of the best ones in Cambridge. I hope the owner put another food runner to help that lady who to my eyes is a super woman running everywhere. Butbover all the place is very recommended

excellent, filling rice meals for a great value. i've gotten the pork katsu and the grilled salmon and the mongolian rice and they were all great.

I was very disappointed with my pick up experience tonight. We ordered several sushi speciality rolls (5-6 of them). They were all cramped up into two tiny containers. The toppings and fishes were all squished together. It would have been better if they had at least placed them in separate containers. There were also just 4 soy sauce packets.When you spend $60-$70 you can at least be more generous with containers and soy sauces.The sushi overall was ok but this ruined the experience for us overall. I feel like everything was really rushed for us.

The restaurant has a nice vibe and atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and personable! Our waitor even offered miso soup to my kids to enjoy while they waited for their meals to arrive. The food is also very reasonably priced and has a lot of variety. I would come again!

simply SUPERB dinner tonight! We had ordered takeout several times during pandemic- but tonight our first night eating at the restaurant- and it is for sure going to be our neighborhood favorite! Fabulous food- great great service- lovely atmosphere- very homey- lots of people there- and in fact full house- however VERY easy to chat- NO MUSIC- which we loved just buzz of conversation and happy patrons!!
