Waited about 15 minutes on a Wednesday night. Small ramen restaurant in Central square—Ramen was fresh and broth was quite good. Black shio and sig miso are both great menu items. Would come again, though not with a large group of friends due to limited seating. Service was okay (a bit on the slower side).
came here for lunch on a workday after being intrigued by their menu. I really enjoyed the food! I got the black miso ramen and pork gyoza. The pork gyoza was good, it came out on a sizzling platter and they poured some tonkotsu stock on top. I liked this presentation and the gyoza soaked up the tonkotsu flavour. I have been here a couple of times already and this definitely is one of my favorite ramen shops in the city. The flavors have a good mix between traditional and unique taste. The Red Devil is definitely a thrill for spice lovers, while the Black Shoyu is subtly infused with a smokey flavor. Their appetizers are also delicious, especially the chicken karagee.
