The energy in this place is top tier!! Wow!
One of my favorite restaurants of all time, I regularly travel over an hour to eat here- but ownership needs to pull it together.
3 tiny empanadas is not what the customer wants, that’s not an empanada. Don’t try & reinvent an empanada, there’s a reason bite size empanada are only sold in a supermarket. Keep it authentic, the filling is too good to ruin it in the manner you have.

La Fabrica is a pleasing restaurant with a Caribbean atmosphere. It offers a huge portion of ceviche and unique dishes like passion fruit glazed salmon and pork belly mofongo. The server is great and the drinks, including the passion fruit mojito, are tasty. The restaurant also serves creative sushi, excellent fried fish, and avocado salad with thinly sliced avocado. On Thursdays, there's live music with dancing, making for a heartwarming experience. The portion size is good and desserts like passion fruit mousse are very tasty. The service is attentive, with staff working quickly to ensure a pleasant visit. The restaurant has a separate area in the back that turns into a nightclub on certain nights, adding to its lively atmosphere. Overall, the food is fantastic, well portioned, and the music and atmosphere are amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a great place to celebrate special occasions.
