The food was fresh but the quantity is too less. It is really pricy. Not affordable! We ordered shrimp curry - it tasted like tomato chutney and the price was $21. They gave 4 pieces of small shrimps. Not worth it!Tandoori grilled platter- It was $23. They gave 2 pieces each. The quantity is too less for the price. The naan bread was really hard.

Aloo tiki and Idli sambar, absolutely authentic flavors. Nothing tasted frozen. I would recommend Nirvana

My family has been eating Nirvana once per month, on average, for the last 9 years. The food is perfect- the dishes have amazing flavour profile, chutneys are delicious. We have always had a great experience. I am so thankful for the chefs at Nirvana!

I enjoyed their food and I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating they were for my restrictive diet. Delivery was fast and the driver was very kind. I’ll definitely be ordering more from them, and eventually try going in person!Dietary restrictions: They were very open to alterations

I got the chicken biryani from here (ordered delivery) and it was incredible!! It was a delicious dinner. If I am ever in the Boston area in the future—I’d absolutely love to eat here again!

Very sad to see this restaurant's service become so rude and lazy. This has been our go-to place for Indian food since they opened 6+ years ago. We have been incredibly loyal & they were one of six restaurants we supported during COViD, and we eat out frequently each week. Last night was our last straw. The person who answered the phone didn't even acknowledge it was a restaurant. She lazily said a forced "hello." When I asked if it was Nirvana, she rudely said yeah like, "who else would it be?!" We arrived to pay and the guy just handed my partner the bag of food and didn't ask for payment. At this point, my partner assumed I had paid by phone. 15 minutes later we rec'd a very curt call from a man claiming we left w/o paying the bill. We were horrified and said is was a miscommunication & can we pay by phone. He said "no problem." We gave the info & he was so impatient we offered to add a tip to lower the tension (& we would have tipped anyway). He said yes. We told him the amount then he just hung up on us. We thought the phone dropped and we weren't sure we were done so we called back to make sure. I said, "I think we lost connection. Did you hang up or are we done?" He said, "I hung up." Then he hung up again. Generally,, the food here is very good, fairly consistent with some exceptions. They don't know how to make a crispy garlic naan no matter how many times we try to explain we don't want doughy, undercooked naan ... it always comes out mushy and doughy. And don't trust Nirvana's point system loyalty card. It isn't consistent and the staff don't know how to use it. We have been there at least 3 times in past couple of months where the young women at cash register preferred talking to each other more than greeting you so you feel you are interrupting. There are a few options for Indian food closer to our home, and now we no longer feel any loyalty to Nirvana at all. None. I will take my frequent take-out orders to the competition who respects their customers.

Great restaurant, lots of seating and nice staff. Nirvana also has tons of variety to choose from, not to mention the great prices and great food, LOVED it!Vegetarian options: They had lots of vegetarian options on the menu and also as a vegetarian myself, I was still able to find a dish I loved and enjoy.Kid-friendliness: They were very nice to kids and let them order the dishes they wanted. Also if someone was sitting at a side table they would let them go to the bar to see the T.V.'s better.
