Nice ramen place. I had the vegetarian ramen and it tasted good. The service is quick and prices are decent. The staff was nice. The place is around 3-4 mins from porter square. It's in the Leslie university building.There is 1 vegetarian ramen option, which had a lot of lettuce and greens in it. There no chicken only options available ( the broth has pork in it although the menu specified the broth is made from chicken). Maybe it could be available on other days or something.
I am no ramen expert but I really wonder where all the 5star reviews are coming from. Had the miso ramen for lunch and I was disappointed: The broth was bland but salty. The noodles where soggy and stuck together. The additional egg was a plain hard boiled egg - nothing like soft-boiled slightly running egg yolk. The pork tasted ok (hence +1 star) but the slices were way too thick. The corn and beansprout topping were ok but also way too much - as if making up for subpar soup...read full review

It’s been 10 years since graduation and I have not had Sapporo style ramen since then as it’s harder to find in NYC and Toronto. I finally went to Sapporo and it tastes exactly like what I remembered from this place 10 years ago. Good to see it’s still open and store layout looks the same. My fav ramen and this place is legit!
