This was one of the BEST omakase experiences I have ever had. The attention to detail was extraordinary. I ate at several two and three star Michelin restaurants last summer in France and I was happier with my dining experience at Umami. The quality of ingredients is absolutely stellar and it is truly a treat for all the senses. Go!!
The food was fantastic, you are treated to a 18 course Omakase (chef’s choice) tasting menu with creative and delicious sashimi and nigiri. It is quite the experience to watch as your meal prepared right in front of you in a very intimate fashion. If you never had Omakase then this is a new experience you should not miss out. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Conversation with them only enhance your evening.
