“We had a good first experience at Nosh and Grog! Food was very tasty - had the ‘butter board’ appetizer - the warm savory biscuits were out of this world with the flavored butters! Entrees we had were the seared salmon and the spring pea risotto with salmon - both delicious. Our server Tony was very nice.“

My wife and I reserved a birthday brunch here. After traveling an hour, we were rushed in and out in just 25 minutes. The server was so rushed they missed several of our ordered dishes. The bill arrived right away, leaving no time to discuss the missing items.“

“It was our first time there on a rainy day last week. We always see it so busy so we decided to see what the hype was. Cute environment service was decent food was absolutely disappointing, ordered buffalo Mac and cheese it was so watery and tasteless I decided not to complain or send it back. When we were ready to leave the older waitress asks me if I wanted a box. I declined politely and was then asked if I was full???? Ummm no and as I’m trying to be polite you’re gonna make me insult the cooking anyway. SMH so I did so when I was then asked if I just did not like it. I replied absolutely not a d got the nastiest look. Lmao just a brief word of advice… when someone’s plate is still FULL of their meal and it’s pushed to the side MAKE THE CONNECTION instead of all the questions and ridiculous comments and also keeps your eye rolls to yourself. You can tell it’s all locals that rant there!“

“My husband and I had dinner here recently and we both really liked it! The salmon was very well prepared, with a great veggie side. My husband had a burger, which he said was good as well. The biggest surprise was the "twinkie" appetizer, which sounded really weird but ended up being very tasty. The staff were nice and prices were reasonable. Also love that they had a cute outdoors patio in the back!“

“We've been to Cedar House about a dozen times. We went looking for good pub food, fish and chips, burgers, etc., and were not disappointed. However, the nightly specials punch way above their weight. From frutti de mare, to fra diavolo, lamb stew, and shrimp ceviche, this is high end cuisine, at pub prices. The drinks, and service, are fabulous. See you next Thursday!“

I am glad we went, blueberry pancakes were really good, the blueberries were so juicy. The Western omelette, even though it was deli style ham, was also very good with lots of veggies. Home fries and toast are not included with the omelette price which is different than I'm used to but the omelette was the star anyway!“

“Drinks and burgers were delicious; however waited 45 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night (which is fine!). Menu states that on busy times you may be limited to 90 minute dining. At an hour in, the host sat another large party who was expecting our table. We still had drinks to finish but felt uncomfortable as people were smooshed on the bench discussing when we left they’d be able to spread out.“
