We tried the crab claws, shrimp, corn, sausage, potatoes, mussels, crayfish and broccoli, the seafood boil type items I just lister were delicious. The seasonings not only tasted fantastic they tasted like they were proprietary or made from a homemade recipe. We tried steamed oysters, fried catfish, calamari, hush puppies and chicken fingers and those were absolutely amazing. Great place and we highly recommend. Definitely will be going back. “Master McGrath's is not your Downtown Boston or Newbury Street gentrified bougie hangout. It's for the blue collars, the working folk, and for a pint and a shot or some simple cocktails.

Nothing fancy but then it doesn't need it either. Great neighborhood spot full of regulars who know how to use TouchTunes.

For food, they are currently working on getting their brand new pizza oven up and running. For now, you can order food delivered there (tons of places nearby) or bring your own. There's no table service but all of the bartenders are attentive and know what they're doing.

TO NOTE: This is a CASH ONLY bar. There's an ATM on site and several others in the vicinity.

Parking is on River st (FREE street parking) or there are a couple of small lots nearby. If going on the weekend, you can also park at Rockland Trust after 5 without fear of being towed.

“this public House feels like a public home. there is a great community of regular customers who are really nice people. they offer a full bar and food. there is an outdoor area with great ambiance and games. they have a lot of fun weekly activities like karaoke and live music. they also just got in a new pool table with beautiful new cloth and balls. “I went here for a Birthday party. It was on the second floor. When getting there I noticed it was an old building and it needed work. However when I went inside it was nice. It was clean and it had a new floor. It was a large space. There was a small bar and the bartender was friendly. The only problem I had was the strong smell of smoke. There was no one smoking there so I assume it is coming from the first floor .“

The buffalo chicken is just thrown ontop of, the cheese is so thick is just slides right off the pizza. Needless to say I'm very sad.
