the District manager Bella is awful!
all she does is hang up on people. She promotes drama and an uncomfortable work environment by speaking negatively about staff to other employees.
She had no leadership skills doesn't bother to coach or build her team rather chooses to fire people instead. How she got into a DM position is beyond me. If this is how she manages I can only imagine what the rest of her team is like.
