This was my first time eating here and the food was amazing! I got the fried calamari as an appetizer, it was perfectly cooked and crispy. The veal saltimboca was delicious as well! The service was outstanding and quick and the whole feel of the restaurant was very cozy.
I've gotten pizza here and it's good. But they are not consistent with there toppings. We got barbecue chicken that had a circling of BBQ sauce with very few tiny pieces of chicken. Then another time got chicken Alfredo and had 3 times more chicken (this was good). Maybe they should measure things out because if I'm paying extra for some chicken, I want some chicken please.

Best of the Mamma Mia chain of family owned Italian restaurants and has enjoyed that reputation for some time.. After eating at them all, Mamma Mia Carver is the pick of the litter!The ambiance is created by the tasteful decor and wafting smell of delicious Italian favorites including fabulous pizza. The Service is adequate but not extraordinary. I get the Tortolloni Carbonara or Ziti with Bolognese sauce (my favorite) and love both but everything I get there is 'deliciosa'
