I am a member here with my Japanese pastry company, Tanuki. I adore this community of talented, kind entrepreneurs I have gotten to meet. Tara and Ciaran are wonderfully supportive, organized and professional. I highly recommend this incubator to food entrepreneurs/ restaurateurs looking to take their first serious step into food business ownership!
Wonderful experience and GREAT sake collection. We came for the omakase experience right next to Foundation Kitchen, but the Sake collection here and the wonderful time with Phil really made sure that we would come back again.
Upon Phil’s recommendation, we had the Kokuryu “black dragon” and Masumi Arabashiri “First Run” to pair with the omakase and was definitely what we wished for. And also highly recommend the sparkling sake as dessert wine.
