“530 tonite i stopped by to pickup food... wasnt too busy and i had a young kid take my orders and told him what i wanted.....while waiting i noticed the staff was mostly fooling around while working with our food telling other staff "hey smell this! putting their hands right up to their noses and patting them on the backs trying to get whatever was on their hands onto their clothes etc....i was a bit turned off by that.....i got my subs and went home....discovered both were made wrong! if they werent fooling around so much maybe he would of heard me the 1st time and got it right....$30 for nothing! no stars from me tonite!“

“I'm just gonna be totally honest I am a long time chickfila lover, and hearing their chicken was going to change, I was a little anxious about it. When they reopened, I got my usual and surprisingly the fries taste better so props to that. Also, the chicken tastes crunchier but also chewier, it's a mild difference but still tastes just as good.“

“1st time here. amazing food! phone staff could be more upbeat and helpful with queries but compliments to the chef! would 100% order again and delivery was quick . only downside is cash only. we had chicken chow mein , and a special curry with egg fried rice“

“EDIT: On July 31st, I ordered via Uber Eats: the food was poorly handled... I reached out and finally got hold of Dave's Hot Chicken Manager, Joao.
He was courteous, respectful, and kind. Joao cares about his customer experience and overall well-being. He followed up with me ALMOST every day. He went above and beyond his limits of responsibilities and did what Uber Eats refused to do. I am giving 5 stars to Joao for his leadership and unmatched customer service. ZERO stars to Uber Eats, who were dismissive and rude.“
