“I had the opportunity to enjoy lomo saltado and chicharrón with tostones at "El Kiosko." The flavor combination was exceptional, highlighting the juiciness of the lomo and the crispness of the chicharrón. The presentation was impeccable, and each bite reflected the attention to detail in the kitchen. I definitely give it a 5/5. A highly recommended culinary experience.

“I am not the person to be writing or giving an opinion on anything in any store but they never arrive. I write this not to offend or anything. I write it in a way so that they are aware and do not steal. For you, .15 cents is nothing, nor for me, but for someone else it may mean something.

My experience and what is happening with this business. They cook very delicious, I am clear about that, the flavor in the food is very good. The problem is that the first time I asked for the receipt and with itemized prices and I see that they charge me .15 for the bag, I said, that's fine because I need it and in some places they charge it. Today I'm going to pick up an order and I tell him I don't have a bag so he doesn't charge me for it and I ask for a receipt with the prices broken down, a girl tells me "take it because it was charged anyway" I tell her that it was charged if I said that I didn't love her.

They started telling me that the system charges it automatically, that the city hall charges taxes etc etc etc, a lot of excuses. I know they buy the bags but if I don't want it however I want they keep it, I don't steal it, and if I had to buy it I would buy it, that is not my regret. Gentlemen, the client has and should have the option to decide if he wants to pay the damned bag or not, not that they say that the system charges it automatically, it is a scam and a theft from the client. Because I know that .15 cents is nothing, but we have to be honest with customers and ask if they want the bag or not and that there is an additional cost even if it is an additional cent. A lady got angry and took out .15 to give me them and I didn't want them, I grabbed the bag and told her I'll take it because they charged for it anyway. That's not how you struggle. If they are going to charge for something, they should tell the client and let the person decide if they want it or not. Not just charge them and that's it. I come back and repeat, they cook very delicious, I recommend it but in that hidden charge that they don't say it is where I see the difference, without offending. And they will say, if you want to buy here, you should buy and if not go somewhere else, but we are talking about honesty above all. Something that they are failing a little.

Ahhh and about the service, one of them must learn to be a little more friendly and have good manners, because you as a representative within the establishment should be more friendly and attentive. In general, I recommend the food and its flavors are very delicious.“
