So very difficult to comprehend and it's hard for them to be able to understand your Spanish if you're American and Spanish is your second language. “I have been ordering from both the Lynn and Revere Locations for years now and the food has always been fresh and delicious. Lately, the Lynn location has been my go-to since it’s close to my office. My son loves the tacos, and I love their soup. The customer service is outstanding.
The only issue I have ever had was my soup not being wrapped well as it usually is (per owner instruction) and it ended up spiraling. I called as soon as I got home, and they told me I could come back for a replacement. I got the replacement and was satisfied.
I'm surprised that there are any negative reviews on here. I can see where there could be a potential issue with a language barrier while placing an order, but my colleagues at work who only speak English go on their own and get what they want. Don't let negative reviews stop you from trying this gem of place. It is on the pricer end, but the food is worth it.
