“I took my mom to tita’s kitchen for dinner and we both enjoyed it so much. We could smell the aroma of the restaurant from down the street. It smelled so delicious! The food definitely lived up to the great smells. We got tacos and a carne asada plate. I will be back and I will recommend anyone to visit Tita’s Kitchen for some yummy authentic Guatemalan/Mexican food. 5 out of 5 stars!“

“I see the one star reviews for this place, while I can see how somethings like that can happen, I did not experience any of those things mentioned in those reviews. I got the molcajete and everything was fresh and tasted good decently seasoned but needed some more salt and maybe lime or another citrus or freshness. My wife got the bitting tacos and said they were good as well. My aunt got a burrito which was a generous and I mean generously sized burrito, she said it was good as well. The queo was not a ball park nacho cheese (it was your typical white queso) that had chorizo in it. Our waitress was good and professional.

I havent seen any additional charges after paying or on the check like the one person mentioned in their one star review.

All in all, a good place for Guatemala/Mexican food. (They also serve brrakfast)“

“Our party of 6 had an excellent belated-valentines day dinner this past weekend. Our server Danny was so attentive and personable. He kept the drinks and laughs coming! All the food was fantastic and came out quickly. We will definitely be back again!“

We’ve tried almost all of the plates on the menu, and honestly, it’s hard to say which dish is our favorite because everything we’ve had has been delicious. “Got a box from too good to go. It was a substantial portion with two chicken drumsticks, a few chunky pieces of plantain, some chickpea stew thing and alottt of rice. “Bocadillos catered my daughter's college graduation party in our home. The food dictated the theme! Year after year, my daughter has followed their "Empanda Truck" at the Snow Port in Boston. Last winter, she insisted that I go too, just so I could taste the empanadas. They were absolutely mouth wateringly delicious!!!! So much so that when it came time to choose who would cater her grad party, the choice was easy! Since Carribean/Latin American food was the menu, we complimented it by hosting a full blown Fiesta with a margarita bar and more for 40 people! We had the food prepared in advance and everything was delicious and piping hot! Our host/chef added to the fastivities with his knowledge of the food, his kindness, and his sense of humor. The cost was very reasonable as well. WARNING: Once you have these empanadas, you will never be able to eat anyone elses again.

Vegetarian options: My favorite empanada is vegetarian!!! And I'm not a vegetarian. My favorite is the corn & cheese, and my second favorite is the black bean.“

“Took my wife for her birthday, along with our daughter. Having been to Peru before and really enjoyed the flavors, we were excited to try this out. And the food certainly didn't disappoint. All of the dishes were very flavorful, including both the mango shrimp ceviche AND the vegetarian ceviche (which was something we didn't get in Peru!). The Causa reminded us of our time in Peru, and both the Peruvian Chinese eggplant and the cilantro lamb stew were very good. The former was a bit milder than we expected, but still delicious, while the latter was superbly seasoned with lamb that melts in your mouth. On the drinks side, we had a passionfruit sour, and the Chica sour and both were delicious. The dessert was their fruit mousse which was also excellent. We were seated outside as it was a nice summer's day, so I can't vouch for the interior. The service was good, though it did seem that one of the waiters wasn't particularly thrilled (either about serving us, or in general). The one who took our orders though, was polite and detailed and pointed out the vegetarian options for my wife and daughter. Keep in mind that this is NOT an inexpensive place. The items range from $17 for an appetizer to the high 30's for the main courses. But for someone craving for something different or just very flavorful food in general, this would be a great choice. I can see why this shows up on many of the lists for best new spots in the city. Highly recommended!“

“We came here for dinner. Service was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. We tried the Birria Taco, Fish Taco, Shrimp Taco, pork taco, Nachos steak fried, Pupuas and Churros. The Birria taco was juicy and tender. Pupuas was cheesy and delicious. We also tried some tequila and margaritas. Everything was great. Would come back“

“This place is authentic Dominican food. I been to several DR restaurant and this is my go to for 3 reasons:portions ,price and flavor. I have tried the beef pastelito and the chicken 10/10. I always get the rice with pigeon peas, the fried pork belly and sweet plantain. They give generous amounts and the food is always fresh hot and delicious. I literally drive into Boston to come here on Saturday late mornings/early afternoons to get the pastelito. Even the selection of beverages are delish!
