I went to Chicopee memorial drive location good.the atmosphere was great,the food is 👍 good.the service is always good there's only one person that works there who is kind of rude older lady my older friend goes in for his senior coffee every morning has been for yrs he's definitely a senior over fifty hitting his sixty's .he's been getting his senior coffee for a long time with no problem except this one employer refuses to give his service refuses to give him coffee at all...read full review
I have had two visits to this location. One was a 3 star just normal, nothing out of the ordinary but today was pretty bad. Person taking the order could not have cared less, and then the drive through wait for 4 cars total was over 20 minutes.
The new Whopper was great but when I ordered a Jr Whopper (for a smaller burger) it was the same smashed burger with toppings falling off into the wrapper. Keep working on it!
