“I recently have made a significant change to my diet to address a condition and I used to have my order straight and while it was complicated I didn’t used to stumble over myself and have to ask about ingredients, whereas now I do and it gets tough sometimes. The staff there were patient and went out of their way to clarify about the milk/creamer choice when I forgot to be specific as I stumbled through the other portions of my order. It might seem like a small deal but anyone who has patience with me and pays close attention to other factors to make sure I don’t get sick, I just wanted to make sure to highlight the staff has to ensuring their customers are well taken care of. “I stopped going to this Dunkin’ because the service became slow and they kept messing up my order I passed bye today morning their was a line although i was surprised to see how fast it moved wen it was my turn the lady at the window was so nice next to her was a lady with red hair from my view I could see how fast she was helping the lady from the window she ran to get my food and donuts she seemed happy and pleasant I don’t now who the red head lady is but keep up the good work changed my prospective I most def will come back shout out to the Dunkin’ crew you guys delivered“

“Went here close to closing time because I was in the area and had heard they are a top donut spot. Got a lemon filled and a raspberry jelly filled. Didn't eat them until an hour later and they were still super fresh. Not typical donuts - can't really explain how...maybe it's their size? Smaller than most, honey dipped instead of sugar covered, but I loved them and would go back when I am in the area. The lady gave me some free donuts as well - blueberry cake and plain. Those were also really good!“

“I have never loved a coffee shop so much. From the different coffee varieties, the delicious specialty donuts, the café, and most of all the amazing ladies I love them all so much!! Me and my baby start every day off with a little car ride to Robust and their coffee and smiles start my day off just right every time. We bring our cat through the drive-through and he's like a regular now because he loves it so much too! Highly recommend 10/10“

“I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, Coconut donut filled with a vanilla creme & cinnamon roll, through the drive thru service. The gentleman who took my order was very kind. The food came out in about 5 minutes and I was instantly hit with an amazing smell from the bagel. The bagel sandwich was very big and hot. It tasted delicious and I would easily go back to get another one. The coconut donut was big and very yummy as well, tiny bit dry. The cinnamon roll was very big, but had a chocolate frosting which I was not expecting. Was not a fan of the cinnamon roll. The exterior drive thru area is very outdated and has no menu. They also only accept cash!“

“Accidentally found this place this morning. I drink coffee black and this was terrific; I will be back. Been years since I had such a fresh & perfect cinnamon roll that was not too sweet (unless I make them from scratch; but then I eat the pan)!“

“This location of Honeydew has the best tasting iced coffee!!!The chocolate raspberry and cinnamon are my favorites.The staff here is great,and they make my coffee just rightAnytime my husband and I are in the area I grab at least two coffees for myself,I only wish I had a shop closer to me.“

“On my way to work I grabbed Dunkin’s, just as I was leaving I had a menstrual emergency. Walking in I was incredibly embarrassed. “My husband and I went to the Burlington location today for the first time. The man who helped us was so nice and friendly and made our day. We thought he was the manager but come to find out it was his first day on the job. He was so sweet and nice and made our whole experience!“

“I had heard great reviews from friends, so I stopped by to check out this tiny breakfast place inside the gas station on Lincoln and was blown away. Definitely the biggest iced coffee you can get in Worcester! The donuts are HUGE and extremely fresh.Absolutely phenomenal service from the friendly staff here. There were two employees working, one cranking out coffees faster than I could believe, and the other was helping two customers at a time. There were a few people in line ahead of me and I was in and out in five minutes and back on the road.The coffee was delicious, and I ordered with no syrups to give an honest review. And may be best of all, their coffees come in four sizes, small, medium, large, and extra large! Shown in the picture is the extra large iced coffee. I have lived in Worcester for years and I think this is the best coffee I've come across yet.This location does not have a drive-through, but walking inside is a small price to pay for coffee this good. “came here yesterday and Justine was working I ordered a signature turtle latte for my daughter unfortunately as I was leaving I dropped it on the sidewalk :( came back in and went to buy another one I explained what happenned but the gentleman made me another one and told me don't worry about it, very respectful and it was a little busy I didn't see any other workers great job“

“Not the particular location's fault : trouble with the App. Two helped me before arrival. I still had trouble. The cashier was very helpful. I got my free medium iced tea. I bought an apple fritter to get the free tea. The fritter was delicious. I have trouble with computers. The cashier was friendly.Vegetarian options: Apple fritter was delicious. On previous visits I also like plain croissant and chocolate croissants.“
