“I recently have made a significant change to my diet to address a condition and I used to have my order straight and while it was complicated I didn’t used to stumble over myself and have to ask about ingredients, whereas now I do and it gets tough sometimes. The staff there were patient and went out of their way to clarify about the milk/creamer choice when I forgot to be specific as I stumbled through the other portions of my order. It might seem like a small deal but anyone who has patience with me and pays close attention to other factors to make sure I don’t get sick, I just wanted to make sure to highlight the staff has to ensuring their customers are well taken care of. My own impression of this location is that it can be hard to get into a very busy North Main St, especially if you need to turn left.“

“My family is from the south originally from Massachusetts. We are major fans of vanilla cream donuts. Needless to say there is not enough on the racks when they come. We found out that we can place an order to allow each of us to have one. Thank you Dippin Donuts for allowing us to create great moments around donuts! “I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“I have been coming to this Dunkin' since Covid and I can honestly say it's the best one around. Every single worker who has been here over the years has been super friendly and amazing. We have even become friends over the years! They know my order before I even say it and they make my coffee correctly EVERY time. The staff is 10/10!

I would also like to point out that on weekends, a lot of customers get frustrated with the worker, but it's not the worker's fault that there's only one person working at that time. They are doing their best to get everyone taken care of, especially when they have mobile orders coming through AND a line inside with people ordering food and drinks. That's a lot for one person to handle.

So I would love for people to keep in mind that you shouldn't get frustrated with the person working at this Dunkin' - or any Dunkin' - when they are by themselves. It's a hard job to do alone. Just put yourself in their shoes. If you don't want to stand in line and wait, you can always walk out and go to a different Dunkin'. Just remember, it's not a big Dunkin', it's a gas station Dunkin', especially on the weekends when there is only one worker.

“I've been meaning to leave this review forever. Cassandra is such an asset to this Dunkin' location! I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" I normally get a decaf but today was buying for another family member who takes regular, not decaf. I was shocked that she remembered that detail! And she is always so pleasant!!! Keep people like her on board...she is great for business!!!“
