This place has always been excellent excellent excellent with preparing food GLUTEN FREE, for a customer with a gluten allergy. My wife has a gluten allergy, she's never gotten sick from pizza here. Gluten free steak and cheese calzone with extra cheese. I have not had a calzone since going gluten free. I said "wow" out loud between every bite. Amazing! Some type of herb crust I think, which I really enjoyed.
