Ordered food, it came out freezing cold. Sent back asking for different order, returned the same plate still cold. Asked for a fresh order, it was over 30min before it returned only after we chased down the wait staff. The management believed that the excuse of busy was enough to remedy the issue. They took the “hot” plate off the bill, but people need to know that this is not all it’s cracked up to be. There are some three more reasonable in the area.
Spoke with someone and made reservations for our party yesterday. Suggested we call to order food in advance. Upon calling today to order food now told they cannot take us and offered no alternative. What kind of restaurant turns away customers?? Don’t make plans around this place
