“I'm giving this a 5 star review. Why you ask chick? Fil a has been my favorite since every year. I come so I had my best friend. She was amazed because hello, but I don't care why people are giving this a one star review because it just doesn't understand chick. Fil a has Chick-fil-A sauce. They also have Honey barbecue and Chicken Sandwich, but my favorite one is macaroni cheese. They're Mac and cheese is the bomb and their ice cream is amazing. Let's talk about their service. Their surface is less and less. It's getting worse because their surface have to do something because something is happening last year ago or let's say a month ago. I want you to check the way and there is less paper that was working. It's unlike teenagers, teenagers are supposed to be having jobs to support their money to go to college, right? But you know that there was no young teenagers, there were adults. So what happened don't know in that hour to 10 minutes to 20 minute hours to wait for a whole line to get my food, which they took forever, they even they took a book phone oh yes, the new update you wanna know you can do. Is do a phone? Yes, but you only have to pay online. You don't have to pay on the store. It's not DoorDash. It's something else, it's amazing, but it hacks your account and it goes Ding-Dong Wong because it doesn't hack you account because when you actually eat it, it just makes herself now I'm just giving the supply strawberry voo because I love it, thank you.“

“First time buyer and I have to say, hands down, the BEST chicken pot pie I have ever eaten. Don’t change one thing about it!“

“For good chicken and great service, RUN DON'T WALK to Dave's Hot Chicken!
My wife and I came up from the Deep South to vacation in the New England states, and had never heard of Dave's Hot Chicken. We placed an online order and when we went to pick it up, there had been a miscommunication and my order was delayed by several minutes. I waited patiently, and the young lady behind the counter apologized profusely when she discovered the error and offered me a choice of items to make up for the wait. She didn't have to do that, but she was skilled enough in customer service to know how to save goodwill with a customer. (I worked a lot of fast food when I was younger: I know how it can be.)
The restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious! If we had Dave's in Georgia, I'd be as fat as a bear. The Top Loaded Fries were *on point,* and the chocolate shake was awesome.
If we ever make it back to Boston, we'll be eating at Dave's!“

“Hands down best hot chicken I have ever had.
Rarely I say any place is worth visiting, but this one is.
Caution: if you have high heat tolerance, only go as high as Hot. 🥵 anything hotter is at your own risk.
Definitely worth any detour to get a piece of Dave’s hot chicken“

“I don’t think I would ever come to Dave’s chicken if it wasn’t for my guy Amine. He has the best customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life and my food came out hot and ready and it was the best fried chicken I’ve had in a damn while. Definitely coming here again, but only on Amines shift.“

“I haven’t tried the food yet but I am writing a good review because “Tony” at the reception was very nice. He actually took his time asking us what languages we speak when my husband and I said that english is not our first language and made a prononciation mistake.

He even helped us get exactly what we wanted when we did not know what to take and then confirmed our orders when we were leaving by opening the boxes and making sure we had what we wanted.

“Best chicken in town“

“I usually order off DoorDash and typically enjoy my sandwiches. One of the times I ordered I got slightly stale bread so that wasn’t fun. But otherwise, the food is very good quality and filling. Will still order again since they’re typically on it.“

“Best Nashville hot sandwich along with fantastic southern sides hands down! No other competition out there, it’s just that good!“

“Really enjoyed my experience at bb.q Chicken. The chicken was super crispy and delicious, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were really funny and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The place was also very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to others!“

“I always get the fried chicken sandwich and it always hits the spot. Perfectly seasoned and delicious, this is my go-to when I'm craving fried chicken. It's often quite loud because it's right next to the concert hall so wouldn't recommend eating here, though. Get takeout.“

“Food: I thought this location was not as good as the Allston one. The chicken wasn't as crispy and pieces were smaller, not sure why. Went multiple times too.

Service: was fine for a casual place.

Atmosphere: order at the front and find a seat in the restaurant. It's fine/standard.

Overall: was a bit disappointed with this location. Even though (I believe) the Allston one is the flagship location, I thought the food quality would have been closer.“

“Hello everyone I just want to share my amazing experience with this restaurant, Food was Amazing and the Vegetable Soup was Number one and the price was reasonable and affordable if I stop in Boston and need food 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend jerk chicken was very amazing to and I drove from Florida and I am a jamaican so I would know if it was amazing, FYI Chef Mark is very friendly.“

“Ronald Coleman I agree with everything above. Sunrise House is my go to Chinese restaurant. Takeout service is excellent, the food is the best and is always hot when I get home (15 miles away). Love their General Gau's chicken combination plate with pork fried rice and a appetizer of boneless spare ribs--all for a price of $13 +tax. It is enough for me to have 2.5 meals of great eating. Pick up is easy because you can park in a spacious lot. When you go inside you can see and smell the delicious food being cooked in an immaculate kitchen. The interface with the workers is pleasant and quick. I go there an average of twice a month. Try it you will not be disappointed.“

“You can't go wrong with this location. Absolute worst case scenario, you might have to wait a little while for a fresh batch of chicken (which could also be seen as a best case scenario, if you have time to spare). Staff is nice and works very hard, place is always busy but very clean.

I'm not going into detail about the quality of the food. It's the best. It's resplendence is exceeded only by the quetzal.“

“Highly recommended place, I ate the chicken sandwich and it was very good.

What I would criticize to improve would be that the potatoes come with less salt, some tables were dirty and the sandwich was overfling with sauce.

The things I loved were the speed of attention and receipt of the food in a few moments.

“We've been a big fan of the amazing food here for a long time. Crispy chicken, excellent flavor options. But the true wow factor is the service. We ordered through Grubhub, and somewhere in the ordering process Grubhub changed our order location to Cambridge. While Grubhub offered absolutely no help in the issue, both the Cambridge and Boylston St locations worked together to transfer the order to the correct location. This ensured we were not double charged and that we still got our food at the time we needed it. We are so grateful, and excited to eat our delicious BBQ chicken!“

“This place is excellent! How lucky am I to work so close to this shipping container. The bread is always so fresh and the sandwiches are scooby doo and shaggy sized large. I really wish they would come up with a rewards or point system for employees at the design center who come here almost daily. It’s for sure burning a hole in my pocket and I know that’s 100% my problem but a free sandwich after say maybe 10 purchased sandwiches would make a lot of sense in my opinion.“
