I purchased a drink with no whip cream. When I told employee about the mistake she snatch the cup out of my hand I ask to speak to a Manger .she reply Manger not here . All of sudden the Manger come to window I explained my situation to her guess what Manger was no help poor customer service,
Worst Starbucks store I've been to! They barely make the drinks right. Sometimes I asked to remake it, most of the time I just ignored it because they'd take another 5-10 mins just to remake my drink. Their customer service is terrible! They'd ignore you standing there for minutes while you're trying to grab someone for something.
