My mother and I went to this Starbucks today and had strawberry refreshers.
Ordered a coffee frap for the kids. Half way through it, I tried and it didn't taste right at all! Went back and asked for a strawberry frap instead. The girl decides to give me crap since we already drank half of it. Then she makes a new coffee frap and gives us a new cup that's HALF FULL. Are you kidding me!!! You just lost a very loyal customer!!!

Starbucks Coffee Company has received mixed reviews. Food and drinks were great as usual, but one customer stood at the register for quite a while with no greeting or acknowledgment, even with 7 employees working. Another customer noted drinks have not been to the standards of the past, with an order not tasting as requested. The store staff is very nice, and one drink was made the way it was wanted. Queenie is the best employee, described as patient, kind, respectful, and polite. The seating area was empty, but the drive through line was pretty long.
