This is the most inconvenient sweetgreen location around. I have ordered ahead on the app once a week for the past month & every single time the order is not ready until I go up to tell an employee and ask for my order. What is the point of ordering ahead if it takes even more time than just doing it when we get there? No other sweetgreens have this issue, they just place it on the shelf with your name by the allotted time. Shame that it’s so close but so disorganized.
