It’s the kind of meal where you talk about the taste, keep sharing bites and keep eating long past when you are satiated because it just tastes and feels so good. So many places fall down on the wine list and pairing knowledge, this is not the case at The Pheasant. Texture, taste, ingredients, presentation, wine pairings, all were spot on! “Really great tasting menu. Wine pairing were fun and unusual wines that paired well. Only negative is we felt rushed with next wine being pored before you finish prior one. Wait staff friendly and knowledgeable. We had the early seating, maybe later seating is not as rushed. Would definitely go back“
