I’m staying in the area so have come to this starbucks a few times now and although the staff are friendly the service is extremely slow. It takes about 10-15minutes to get an iced coffee and a food item. It’s confusing because there appears to be a lot of people working. Give yourself extra time in the morning if you are going somewhere and want to stop here.

This Starbucks location in South Bay Center maintains a welcoming environment with friendly staff who remember repeat customers. While seating options are limited, the staff have improved in recent years, ensuring drinks are consistently correct and app-based orders are accurate. The coffee quality is stable, though some customers feel it does not taste very good. The shop offers desserts, simple sandwiches, and savory dishes, making it convenient for a quick meal. It is also convenient to order with a mobile phone, but some may still find the service inconsistent.
The staff work hard, with customers noting the workers are "absolutely working their butts off" and "working at a lightning pace." However, some customers have reported unfriendly experiences with certain employees, and it has become a place where negative biases may be exercised. There are also issues with long wait times, with one customer waiting 30 minutes for their food order. The location could benefit from additional ovens and drink machines to improve efficiency.
Despite the challenges, the Starbucks has also received positive reviews, with one customer calling it "one of the best Starbucks in Boston by far." They were greeted with a smile and excellent customer service from the cashier, Adriana, who helped the customer download the Starbucks app.
