Unless you order way ahead, skip this location. The messed up part is they have an army of employees at any given time. You will wait in line to order way to long. You will wait a very long time for your order to be ready. I can't explain it. The store could be not busy at all yet the wait is long and guaranteed. Most of the staff are nice but some are very impolite which will catch you off-guard.
If you’re looking for a great coffee shop in Dorchester, Starbucks at South Bay is definitely worth a visit. The modern open-concept design, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, and welcoming atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax, meet friends, or get some work done.
