The popcorn chicken and salt and pepper pork are our favorites — full of crispy, savory goodness. The staff are lovely and super friendly, making us feel right at home. “I haven’t bn for ages although I know it’s the same owner who knows who’s who, I had great times in there with my father n his friends and many a nights with my friends , The IV is a Brighton treasure never any trouble and great ppl have always worked there . The manager Nick greeted us when we came in and found us a great table by the window. So the bottom line is, this is a great restaurant and I'm so happy we found this little gem! We will be back!”

“We arrived at 5, and the restaurant was still empty. The hostess seated us by the window, where a cold draft hit my shoulder. We requested to move, and our server promptly assisted us. At 6:40, the same hostess approached to inform us that we needed to leave due to a two-hour table limit. This rule was not mentioned when I made the reservation or checked in. She did not inform others who arrived at the same time to leave!!”

“The food is great. I always get the taco special. The ingredients are fresh.
The only downside is the waiting area. You are packed like sardines in line to place or pick up an order.
I would definitely suggest calling ahead and placing an order for takeout over the phone.
There are a few tables for sit-down dining but the room is very tight and crowded.”

“Patzcuaros is literally the best Mexican place I have been around the Boston area. Tacos are always fresh and delicious and the Margaritas are the best I have ever taste in the whole state of Massachusetts. This is coming from someone that has tried many, if not all Mexican restaurants around the area. One of my favorite restaurants in the area. Also, the service is always on top. Bravo! Please, keep the same energy and quality.”

“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.”

“First time at Cityside last night and it was great! The Nachos were so good I wish we had gotten a large, the buffalo wings had a nice crisp to them which made them amazing. For entrees I had the fish tacos which were good but not all that and my fiancé had the cheesesteaks which can’t be compared to cheesesteaks on the North shore but still good. The drinks were good but pretty pricey. My fiancé liked every drunk he got besides the Mai Tai. It was super nice being on the roof top which made the entire night 💕 I definitely would recommend.”

“Molto bene! The decor was bright & cheerful, with yellows and whites. The owner’s daughter was friendly, fun, upbeat and managed a very busy & very loud restaurant with grace and patience. She was our server. The food was exceptional. I got meatballs (homemade) and spaghetti. I’m a homemade meatball chef at home and these were delicious! My husband’s braised beef and mashed was delicious, too. Looking forward to coming again!”
