“Honestly can’t say enough about how amazing the Chacuterie I got for my Mom’s Birthday party was! I have followed Abby at Graze in Chelmsford since trying some of her goods at our local farmers market. I ordered a Large Birthday Board that I had seen on one of her Instagram posts and it was PERFECT! All of my guests were amazed and wanted to know where they could place an order. The design was beautiful and all of the cheeses and fruits and vegetables were so fresh and delicious that if felt like Springtime in February. I will definitely be ordering more from Graze in the future. What could be better than Happy Birthday write in cheese? Prom season is coming up… mini boards with PROM??? would be an epic Prom-posal!“

Every member of the staff was friendly and willing to help. The owner even helped me to unload and load my vehicle with all the party decorations. “My son got married on June 22nd and Above the Clouds Catering handled the event. We could not have been happier with the food, the service and the wait staff. Not only were the food choices delicious, but the presentation, from the flowers adorning the dinner plates to the tablecloths and napkins, was lovely. We only heard compliments from all the guests about the food. The consensus was that the salmon was the best dish anyone had ever had! The staff sent home, for the bride and groom, a container with all the dinner choices as well as a taste of some of appetizers. The warmed up dinner last night was as delicious as dinner was the night before. I wholeheartedly recommend Above the Clouds Catering. Give them a try for your next event!“

“This is one of the very few restaurants that will make you immediately feel at home! You can tell right from the start how much everyone and everything is appreciated and cared for which I believe is the benefit of a family owner restaurant especially when the family is as welcoming and caring as this one. From the martinis coming from the bar (with friendly service from Krista), especially my favorites the homemade creamy limoncello martini, their REAL espresso martinis, and their lemon drop to name a few, to the made to order dishes that you can customize to meet your preferred tastes or needs- everything is just done right! The appetizers are literally to die for- the eggplant a la romana will melt in your mouth, the world famous seafood mushroom are definitely world famous and the clams casino are 👌! For dishes I would recommend their double pork chop alla Nicola with truffle fries, their chicken or veal francese, their Marsala, saltimbocca, chicken langistino on their specials, and their amazing eggplant parm. Make sure you get their homemade pasta which they have 3 to choose from! If you truly know when a restaurant is overall special, then you won't have a hard time choosing the Colosseum for your next dine out experience. Despite when they get busy, I don't think they disappoint. Well worth the wait!!“

“I was at a celebration of life gathering here and it was wonderful. The room was decorated well and staff is attentive and polite. The food was delicious. At the end of the meal, they served dessert and it had something in it that I was allergic to. The waitstaff asked if they could get me anything and I politely declined and said it was fine, no worries. 15 minutes later she arrived with a dessert that was prepared just for me. She didn’t have to do that but she went above and beyond and it was great. I have also attending a wedding here before and the food and staff were wonderful then too. Highly recommend this establishment for any party needs.“
