“I am a regular at Dippins. Traffic can be crazy on weekend but always worth the wait. The food has been delicious and is always fresh. The donuts, specifically the blueberry cake and cherry cola are a family favorite in our house. When there are issues they are typically very apologetic and quick to fix. The employees are always very kind and accurate. There is one woman by the name of Jen who is very rude and has a crappy attitude. Rushes through your order, seems to hate her job and has not smiled once when I have gone through there. Everyone else is kind and provides great service!“

“It's definitely the best Dunkin i been to by far!! They were great with everything... also, coffee hot and cold was stirred and taste exactly how it should! Wasn't burnt or made incorrect! The workers 10 out of 10 the food great has browns wasn't wll mushy they was fresh crispy and hot definitely like i said a great dunking“

“Dunking is the least of my favorite donut/coffee shops. Donuts have shrunk in size and taste quality have gone down.Service is good when you have enough employees and they enjoy coming to work.I barely go to DD, only when I have a coupon I'll get a pumpkin doughnut or pumpkin drink.“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“Very Upbeat and Friendly Staff“

“Parking: East Main Street in Webster. If you get there early you can find a parking spot. There's about 6 spots in front and about 8 or 10 spots on the side of the building. It's still the best place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Kid-friendliness: They allow the kids to take their time when they are looking at the list of items to see what they want. They talk to the kids while they're getting there goodies.

Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk that runs the length of the building has a slight angle at one end for wheelchairs and people like me who walks with a cane to easily make their way up to the door.“

“love this place but all the stores should seal the lids on the drinks when a door dash order is placed, for safety reasons. mine looked like half of my coffee was drunk“

“Damian is the best!!! He has been giving me my coffees for a few years now and he always comes through for me!!! Very professional and the best service I have ever received from a Dunkin!!! EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!!“

“Updated review as of 6/30/23I do not say this often, but goodness give all of those ladies a raise!!! I have stopped back twice in the last month, mostly out of convenience and both times the team has smiles and are happy to take your order. I come by with my two dogs and they are so nice and offered a pup cup. I am thankful for the turn around at our local Dunkin. It is so refreshing to see friendly faces! Fridays are usually my Monday...so THANK YOU! My coffee is ON POINT and the breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. Thank you again ladies, have a wonderful weekend!Original One star review from over a year ago:Moved here in January and made sure to visit this Dunks, the first two times were wonderful as Jordan and two of the girls truly have it together. But just about every other employee makes horrible drinks. I have ordered through the mobile app several times and each time the drink is wrong and has an incorrect label to prove it. I always get add ons like an extra shot as I like my coffee heavy with flavor and they are seldomly added. This review is only getting one star as I have to leave a star and Jordan is the only other reason. Save your money, brew at home or go 10 minutes out of your way to Dippin.“

“Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.“

“I found it by accident. I stopped in to get a coffee. OMG it was great. The coffee was fresh, hot and just a robust flavor. The donuts were fresh and homemade, not the mass produced flavor of others. The donuts are a good size. i need to return. I highly recommend it.“

“Went to go get a ice coffee and ms Norma was so sweet and understanding. They ran out of small ice cups and that is what I wanted. Needless to say this woman fix the problem quick and I still got my small ice coffee. She did not let that problem stop her flow at work. She thought quick and sprint into action. “Yes I have to say the last 2 months I been very happy going to Dunkin every morning back 3 months ago I would place mobile order thru drive thru I get there to pick it up store says they open 4:30 it was 5:05 every single morning it was all different times opening I just want to say wow what a great young lady Mrs.Julie is always has my mobile order ready and that store is open every morning I come there what a great person and how friendly she always is.“

“Stopped there again after a long & horrible work week...However my wife & I"s fav Dunkins worker Kay(our nickname for her) makes our lives so much better!!!
You know it really does make a huge difference when the person that's making your order and food is always positive or has a positive perspective on everything! We often go out of our way on the night she is working to go to this Duncan's en you need to vent for 30 seconds ?

Parking: It is in a great spot on the corner of Thompson and Lake Street and Webster but there really is only about three regular parking spots to the store with one handicap. Across the parking lot there's about three or four spots but who wants to walk across an entire parking lot? Definitely has to do with the store itself and nothing with Duncan's that's why they have a drive-thru ✌?“

“Been a lot of years since I've been to a Dunkin' Donut and can say aa lot is the same but a lot changed...mainly that there's a whole lot more to choose from besides donuts! I was impressed by the coconut donut because I haven't heard of one before and was pleased. Very Good coffee. Would give better rating but believe that when there are specials and need certain requirements, they should tell you before buying it - not after realizing you were over charged by the receipt. Or, they should make the mistake good, they did neither and cashier basically said it wasn't her problem. I still recommend the food.“

“Ok, we all know DD is the go to place for a good cup of coffee, however what people never talk about is: there is absolutely no consistency between each and every DD, I mean each one, as far as their coffee goes, it's either bad, decent or incredibly good. And to put a spin on this: depending who's making the coffee that day. In other words one day a given location will be great, the next day, not so great. That's why DD didn't earn 5 stars, to me. Forget Starbuick ( play on the name) their coffee is not worth the outrageous amount of money, seriously what is their cups lined with gold? Anyway, DD is my go to place, good coffee at affordable price. However, what's up with the donuts, are they smaller or am I hallucinating?
