I had a GREAT experience with one of the workers here. I came by to snag an early lunch before my flight, and the worker was chatty and very nice. I got a veggie melt with tomato, and it was pretty good. I had half right after it was made and the second half a few hours later.
I decided to write this review in hopes that management would see it and consider a refreshing of training/in-services for this location. I bought a sandwich to take on my flight (it was tasty - I chose Potbelly for that reason; I like it) and while everyone was courteous and helpful, I noticed some sanitary and food safety concerns (I'm a dietitian and have been trained in food service preparation and safety). I had a delicious Italian sub from here. They toast your sandwich. I got everything for toppings. It really was one of the best Italian subs I've had. I'd highly suggest this place. They have soup too.
