I picked up from Potbelly before a flight. Service was quick. The sandwich, while a bit expensive, was quite good. This is a fine airport option.

We arrived at the airport before 3 and they were sold out of most of the menu. They had ham so my son and I decided that was fine. The server putting the toppings on the subs was so rude and obviously annoyed. She did nothing to hide her disdain of being there and helping customers. I didn't think asking for lettuce, tomato and mustard was a big deal but apparently it put her over the edge. I understand everyone has a bad day but her reaction was over the top and made us very uncomfortable

I don't understand how are they still in business. The manager was quite rude and talking over you even before you finish saying something. Don't remember the last time a restaurant/cafe manager was so berating. The sandwiches were quite disappointing as well. We got the veggie melt and it literally has 2-3 pieces of mushroom, tomato and no sauce at all. The bread was dry, and overall it could have been way better. I hope they can turn it around!

Terrible location. Most of the staff is super rude. I can’t believe how they speak with customers and aviation personnel. Need a refresher on how to communicate (normally) with other people. Plenty of other options in the airport where you won’t be berated at.

Supposed to open at 5am and it’s 7:05 now. This place never opens on time. I never can get a good breakfast here early. Worst Potbelly ever…….

Ordered a big tuna sandwich with tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and onion, received a regular tuna sandwich with only lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Called the next day and store did not know how to process a refund.

The words Good Food and Airport are generally an oxymoron. You can have airport and you can food. But, good airport food is tough to find. The Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Terminal C, at Logan, is an exception. They make excellent sandwiches, a very good Mac & Cheese and nice looking salads ... plus a soup that I can't attest to because I didn't try it. The key is their production technique: 1) A courteous, patient short order cook directly takes your order for the sandwich or your choice. There's no fancy electronics here. You tell him the sandwich or combination you want and he lays out the fixings on an fresh hero roll. 2) The sandwich is placed on a conveyor that takes it through an oven that toasts the bread and heats the meat. 3) You tell a second cook, after the oven, what cold condiments you'd (like lettuce, tomato & mayo) on the sandwich and wraps it. Potbelly has combos that are interesting, too. One is a Choose Two for just over $11. You get a half sandwich (really enough considering their regular sandwich is about 12" long) and then a choice of either their Chicken Pot Pie Soup or Mac & Cheese. For an airport this is a real deal. They provide well designed bags to take your meal onto the plane. What was interesting to me was that everything was thought through at 100%. The Mac & Cheese I had as a side must have been super hot when it was placed in the small container I took on board with me. An hour and a half after I ordered my sandwich & side the Mac & Cheese was still warm as I ate it on my plane. I highly recommend Potbelly (unless you're seriously on a diet.) The have full sized portions, great taste and a very reasonable price.

Horrible customer service!!! No organization on getting customers thru the line faster. No HELLO, No SMILE! The girl working with dark color hair and a slight accent took my order was not friendly at all. No thank you come back again... no nothing. Didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt, I had to ask the guy making the sandwiches to give me my receipt when it was not his job to. She completely walked away. Just terrible customer service and lack of organization!!!!!!

The Perks program hasn't been working at this location for far too long. Please get it up and running again.

This location is very disorganized and disgusting. No system of getting orders in and moving costumers through the line. The guy making my sandwich was not wearing gloves, and then realized he didn't have any on half way through dressing my sandwich. He then paused to put gloves on, and then proceeded to finish making my sandwich. Highly do not recommend this place.

I don't know what the staff is so angry about, but they were all clearly having a bad day and taking that out on customers in line.

Early morning flight, no time for breakfast at home. Discovered Pot Belly while strolling through the terminal looking for food. I had bacon, egg and cheese, my husband had the Mediterranean. Good sandwiches, very reasonably priced for airport food. No long lines, unlike Dunkin and Starbucks.

Not closed and also, not good. My, how the (airport chain) mighty have fallen. With kiddo in tow, we had a simple order: half Italian, cup of Mac and cheese. Added two bags of chips and a cookie and somehow, the total hit near $30. What the actual funk? Everyone seemed utterly confused at the presence of customers. Orders were taken surprisingly, fulfilled by three different people with no continuity (ie, had to repeat my order to all of them), and ultimately delivered with no real sense of finality. Hard to describe but it was as if we crashed a closing shift at a restaurant and had to endure a chagrined meal - at 12:30p on a Sunday. Needless to say, I'll avoid this Potbelly because no average toasty sando is worth feeling like you're pestering the staff over.

Woman making sandwiches was mind bogglingly slow. Holy hell. I waited over 30 mins before leaving empty-handed to make a plane.... And the line wasn't that long.
