Lovely evening.Delicious food! Great service!
And conversation friendly!! Highly recommend!
Avelino Restaurant in Falmouth is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The bartender was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made some seriously great drinks that perfectly kicked off our evening.
We started with the garlic bread, and let me just say… perfection. Crispy on the outside, buttery and garlicky on the inside—it set the bar high. But then came the homemade raviolis, and wow! They were delicate, flavorful, and clearly made with love.
Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we ended the night with the homemade-cookie sandwich topped with ice cream. That dessert is non-negotiable—it’s a must-try. Warm, gooey cookie with melting vanilla ice cream? Pure bliss.
Highly recommend Avelino for anyone visiting the Cape. It hits all the right notes—delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and a team that really knows how to make you feel welcome. Can’t wait to go back!
Best italian on the Cape!
Beautiful place with nice people! Our server was great and overall we spent a good time there.
Unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars since my pasta was too sour for me. I know we all have different tastes and someone will love it for sure.
Made a reservation arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. Hostess said great your table should be ready soon because people ahead of us paid we ended up waiting for an extra 45 minutes Hostess never communicated with us we had to keep asking and they said any minute so after that we left. This was a family event we had never been here. Just awful we had to get her kids fed elsewhere we we didn’t eat since it was almost 9pm and all restaurants are closing Will never go here vet absolutely awful service and communication
Great atmosphere and people, super nice and tasty Italian pasta.
Phenomenal!! So amazing every time!! Greatest owners and staff!! Food and drink are delicious and extremely generous!! Prices are great!!
The prices were high-although the portions were very big (eggplant parmigiana) served on top of a pile of spaghetti-which was not hot-it would have been better to have a smaller portion for a reasonable price-with pasta beside eggplant.

I ordered take out for the family.i never expect much as far a presentation. However, the food not only tasted delicious, it also looked delicious. Ordering was effortless. I had the scuab with angel hair pasta. The others had egg plant Parmesan and chicken sausage carbanara . We all thoroughly enjoyed our food . I'm looking forward to the experience of eating in the restaurant.

We hosted a large family gathering and Chef Mike’s catering was perfect for our family of Italian food critics. Everyone had second servings- delicious!

As an Italian i get to have an opinion..were were a party of 4...the Italian sauce was horrible. tasted like it came from a can..the tomatoes in the sauce came to the table in small, diced portions.. not pureed.. The steaks were excellent. But we went there for the possibility of a great Italian food experience.. Maybe it was an off night. I wish them well but it was too expensive to go back and take another chance.

For our first time in we sat at the bar and Renee took great care of us. The drinks were excellent, the company pleasant and fun, and the atmosphere perfect. We had one of the best takes on bruschetta my wife and I have ever had as an appetizer. I had the seafood special, which was fresh, generously portioned and incredible! My wife had the bolognaise, and said it was the best she'd ever had! To top that off the price was very reasonable for such generous portions of AMAZING food! Highly recommend!
