“We went for the first time today and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got to try a few things before deciding on what we wanted. Would recommend checking this place out.“
“Trillium's Fort Point offers a great atmosphere both inside and out. The selection of local beers is fantastic, with something for every palate. I tried Nona's Stout, and it was delicious—a must-try! But be warned, it's a hefty 18%, so sip slowly and enjoy. A top spot for beer lovers seeking quality brews!“
“3rd brewery of the night before the party and I settled for the Friday Decisions Bitter (on a Friday, too). The bartender was really cool in explaining what the beer can machine does and the nuances of laws surrounded beer. We also liked that there was card games for us to play while we drink. The bitter, was well, bitter. But it was also pretty smooth and I eventually gulped the last few ounces.“
“There was a lot of competition for local events on the beautiful fall Saturday when I finally had a chance to check out my favorite brewery’s new location. For once, I had my choice of seating, and there was plenty of available parking. The ambience was familiar, yet vibrant and relaxed at the same time. There was an ample selection of my favorite style: hazy DIPA, as well as other options. Service was attentive and the beer tender knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it to anyone that loves fresh craft beer.“

“Widowmaker always has a solid selection, with that comes an amazing seasonal rotation and a few surprises mixed in. I prefer IPAs and Sours and Widowmaker does not disappoint. Dogs are encouraged!“
“Excelente experiencia! Recomendado!“
“First visit, so we got two of their specialty flights, each containing four small pours of their local beer, chosen especially for summer time. One flight was IPA focused, and had a range of moderate hoppiness, along with one juicy, in-your-face over hopped wonders. The other flight featured a delicious raspberry sour beer, plus an addictive "brewtini" beer cocktail. Service was so friendly and welcoming, and I liked their outdoor beer garden. We brought lunch from a neighborhood restaurant.“
“I recently had my husband's 40th birthday held in a private space at Dorchester Brewing. It was a great time!
I have planned many big events throughout my life for both personal and professional reasons, and I can say that this staff was one of the most responsive and easiest to work with! First, Derek the events manager was extremely responsive and helpful during the planning process, always responding to my emails quickly. Joy was my onsite contact for the night and she was SO incredibly sweet and helpful, getting me all of the things I needed (which happened to be a time when the brewery was otherwise very busy). Steve also kept an eye on my tab for me throughout the night and so approachable and nice, getting me beers to take home for the night and answering my questions. John was a super friendly bartender as well!
My guests really loved the space--it's a really cool, big space, with
multiple event spaces, and the Museum of Bad Art is such a fun addition. I would not hesitate to recommend it for your event in the future!“
“Great staff, and a great bow market option.
No mandatory tipping like other bow businesses which is great, then you can tip properly and know the tips don’t go to management (mandatory gratuity is not actually ‘gratuity’, but rather a ‘fee’ that management can divert away from staff).
I want to say I love the beer every time, but I would still give the beer 4 stars. Sometimes they really hit the mark with their brews, and I love that they have cocktail options!“
“1.) Earth hour is my favorite beer out of all beers right now
2.) I love this place. They have an awesome outdoor set-up with cornhole, and lots of sunny seating. It's tucked away from the busy streets and there are a few community gardens sprinkled around it. Sometimes the smells from the chocolate factory nearby (I think its called tazo) drift by and its like that moment as a kid when you come in from a crisp fall day and the sun is shining through the window just right and you can see the heat coming off a sweet treat fresh out of the oven. awwwhhh!!! and you've got a cold delicious beer in your hand. I think the reason portico is really able to give me this feeling though is of course the people that work there. I go over pretty regularly so we kinda know each other now. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by the biggest smile from whoever is behind the bar which feels cliche to write, but whatever it still feels good. I've talked to one of the owners a few times, and he's kind and welcoming as well. He was happy to take time to talk about brewing with me, and turns out he lives a few streets over. I never feel rushed and every time I've gone I've had a lovely time. The folks at this place have been so kind to me, and I selfishly hope it continues to do amazing because I like going here and I like their beer. you should go here too.
Cheers,
Matt“
“Granite Coast is always pouring a wide selection of fantastic local beer, you are sure to find a new favorite. Their tap room is always friendly, welcoming, and a perfect spot to hang with friends or meet new ones. You get to meet everyone involved in making this place truly awesome and learning their passion about the brewery, including Jeff the lead brewer. GCB is a great addition to the main streets of Peabody by supporting the community and other small businesses, and this is why they are one of a handful of places I will support. If you haven't tried them yet, you should, because they truly are the last best place to stop for a drink before you get to Salem.“
“Decent variety of beers and all very well made. Tons of chill events too.The thing that keeps bringing me back though- the staff. They have a good feel for the room. They're willing to chat or let you be. Seemingly always striving to be as hospitable as they can.“
“Cool brewery on the edge of Southie that has outdoor seating where dogs are not only allowed but welcomed, a decent food selection, and some enjoyable beers. We came after a walkathon on a misty Saturday morning, and even though the weather was less than ideal there was live music going and plenty of people hanging out outside, so much so that getting a table was difficult. The food was good if a little pricey, and I enjoyed the two beers I had. Great choice if you’re getting together with a small group or looking for a dog-friendly outing.“
“Friendly, high-quality beer, and efficient service. Number one top crafted beer in my book. Medford brewing Company Easley made my top five “go to “places to hang out and enjoy an evening.“
“We LOVE Drop Zone! Delicious beer, fun variety of food options, and the best team running the show! Jason, Genie, and Caden, as well of the rest of their team make it a must visit place!“
“I attended Dr. Daniel Breen's Tavern Talk at the Aeronaut Brewing Company and learned a lot!
Thank you for a safe environment to increase my neuroplasticity in Nov 2024. Your staff was very friendly and the Art of the Somerville Museum was beautiful. I appreciate that you hosted this interesting & mind opening event.“
“Great open space with a patio area and a rooftop area. The craft brews are great and the charcuterie options were spot on.“
“Great beer and outdoor space“
“I just wanted to leave you with a *chefs kiss* review of your Guava Passion Fruit cider. Who ever created this, needs to be the president of your company since they are just mining GOLD for you. All your flavors are fantastic but THIS FLAVOR, unbelievable. Keep up the brewing and please return this flavor for next year's summer collection. Thank you“
“Perfect taste discovered this the other day“
“I was so excited to try this place because I get the UFO Pumpkin every fall at Total Wine. Wife and I were in Boston on vacation from TX and this place has some GREAT beer. Loved finally trying the Pumpkin on tap and the UFO wife is great as well as the Oktoberfest.“
“Thank you Lord Hobo Brewing Woburn for the magical memories you facilitated for Cynthia Leaton & Yohan Rosario this past weekend in October. It was stunningly beautiful & the crew, especially Grace Kelly, were amazing, courteous and hit a home run!!! What a fantastic and rustic local wedding scene.“
“Visited this location for the first time yesterday before a show at MGM! I go to the Waltham location quite often. Mike, Dre, and John were great at the bar. I'll make sure to stop in before the shows I'm going to rest of this year! A+“
“5 stars all the way. Unique setting with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Lots of food options from them and the shops that share the outdoor seating. Friendly patrons willing to share their beer experience. Staff was awesome. Although they were very busy everyone was served quickly and they took the time to tell you about the different beers. Absolutely loved the concept of the brewery sharing outdoor space with the food shops surrounding the outdoor seating. I'm far from young but there were a lot of younger people there.“
