I went to this location at 720 pm on august 14th and ordered 3 frozen coffees and 2 ice coffees and 2 hash browns was only given 1 hashbrown .i went back threw drive thru told the associate i only got 1 i paid for 2 .i then stated i would just like my money back i didnt have time to wait for them to cook .associate then states im sorry im here alone and its not my fault you ordered the entire store . Terrible service. They don’t close till 11pm I get there at 10:30 and there’s no coffee and no coladas. There was not even a donut It’s always the same worker with the excuses never fails.
