Dunkin' Donuts in Fitchburg

“They always do a great job and they don't skimp on my salted caramel cold foam I don't know what is wrong with all the other stores but when I go somewhere else they give me like a squirt but when I stop by here they actually put in the correct amount where I get to enjoy it for at least 1/4 to half of my coffee.

Parking: There is about six spots in front of the building then they have like 10 pumps two spots next to the pump and like three spots out back so sometimes it's difficult to find a spot if trying to go in.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking in handicap ramps as long as no jerk parks in the side of the handicap spot where their ramps fold out so they can exit the vehicle.“

“This Dunkin is the best. I walk there a few days a week because I live close. They are always super friendly. They never get my order wrong. I really want to hype everyone up because I go there all times of the day. These negative reviews make me sad because... SMH...“

“The service is excellent — I’ve always been treated with kindness. I don’t usually buy coffee very often because I make my own at home. I prefer using a moka pot (greca), since it matches my taste for stronger coffee.
But one day, I stopped at the Dunkin’ located at Exit 95, at the gas station off Route 2. Out of curiosity, I asked about the Pistachio Signature Latte, and I decided to try it.

This is the only Dunkin’ I’ve gone back to specifically for that coffee, because they actually understand what I want to drink. They get that I’m paying for flavor, not for watered-down coffee.

I’ve tried two or three other locations, but I haven’t had the pleasure of drinking an iced coffee made as well as they make it at this one.

“My mom and I love this coffee place! We mostly go there for the French vanilla coffee on our way to drop me off at school.

Parking: Atleast 16-17 parking spots. Parking is located in the back and both sides.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is fair. It might have cracks/holes in the road that people should watch out for (cracks/holes are everywhere in fitchburg)“

“I had received 1 large ice coffee, 1 coke and two donuts, and paid $32.65 from my card. I gave a bad review for this store. It turned out the issue was Grubhub, which double charged. They also had the wrong Dunkin Donuts. My coffee was delicious and everything else“

“I have no complaints about this Dunkin Donuts location. Every time I have gone there whether through the drive-thru or walk-in I have been greeted and spoken to with respect. This morning I went there to get an iced coffee and a donut. Their pumpkin flavor is out again, so I had to get myself some. The coffee was delicious. If you order through the Dunkins app you can get special member favors. I chose Nutty Pumpkin. It was delicious. I will continue coming back to this one.“
