I kept on changing my mind on what I wanted for decorations and finally let her choose what's best and the cake was amazing! I love to bake but this was just so much better than what I could do. The birthday cake I ordered for my birthday was the Pineapple flavor which has a white cake filled with nest milk and pineapple, dulce de leche on top. “Valentine's Day surprise made my week!! I love sweets, especially cannolis, so when my boyfriend gave me this (with a beautiful bouquet of lilies) I almost screamed with joy! I have been on a mission to try all the bakeries in the vicinity of Boston, so you could call me a bakery expert. Gaetano's blew my socks off! Not only was the shell of the cannoli nice and crisp, but the cream was delicious. I really loved the cookies as well, which surprised me!
