“They have two employees. When you walk in, you have to ring the bell on the counter for someone to come to the front. You can order an individual meal for under $20 and this includes the drink. They sell lamb, goat, chicken, and fish meals. The food is good. They even cater. Even though you're eating in, they bring the food to you in to go containers with a paper plate and plastic eating utensils. They had multiple drinks listed on the menu, but they only had ginger ale. While you're waiting for your meal to be prepared, they bring ice water to your table and it is refreshing. There's nothing fancy about this place, but it is clean and the food is good and the staff is accomodating.“
“We ordered food for a 50 person work event and got a wide taste of the menu from the wings, to the kabobs, falafel, dips, salads, and pita and all of it was SO good. Everyone was complimenting the food and said they would be happy to have us order again the next time we have an event. There were a lot of different options for food sensitivities and allergies which made it really easy to accommodate a lot of different people's preferences and restrictions. “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“
