“Wanted to take a moment to share some images of a stunning handcrafted book created by Laura Michele Stevens, AKAThe (talented and lovely) Moonlight Chef. We commissioned this to celebrate the birth of a friend’s baby girl— and couldn’t be happier. Laura turned this around in record time, which is pretty astonishing because, as you can see, the amount of handwork here is staggering. There are so many details to be appreciated here: lace trims, appliqué flowers, charms, paper insertions and bookmarks, even a handwritten note congratulating the parents on the birth of their baby girl, a very thoughtful addition. The cover features a clipped door that opens to reveal a card with the child’s name and details regarding her birth. Laura very clearly spent a lot of time creating this special, one-of-a-kind gift, and it shows. It’s entirely made by hand and every bit of paper, trim, and decorative element was considered. Highly recommend reaching out as I firmly believe her work is beautiful and so unique. As someone who appreciates and celebrates all things handmade, I am grateful for Laura’s talents. Catering in covid times is never easy, and trying to meld Italian food with Jamaican food is never easy, and combining those elements made our search for a caterer really difficult, but Chef John and his team fit the bill perfectly. We wanted our wedding to reflect our diversity of background and J&L Catering was able to play a key role in making our wedding day come to life. By featuring both of our backgrounds in the menu for our day, Chef John not only demonstrated his cooking ability, but his ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances, which given how few weddings go 100% to plan is vital, I honestly could not imagine having pulled off of our special day with another catering partner.“

“I would share a photo but I ate all but 4 of the 12 truffles I bought already! I found Vivilicious at The Chocolate Expo in Rhode Island and being a truffle girl I had to try them. I bought two boxes of 6, one nutty and one chocolate lovers. I am floored with how delicious and creamy they are. The texture is perfect for how I enjoy my truffles and the taste is out of this world! There wasn't a flavor I did not enjoy!“

“We used Royal Indian Kitchen to cater for my graduation party. The event for set for the afternoon. Ranveer and his team arrived ahead of time to set up for the event and were completely ready before the guests arrived. They made fresh samosas and aloo tikki at the venue for the chaat. Samosas are a must have; they are second to none. The chaat was delightful. We also had a platter of freshly prepared grilled chicken and paneer come out of the tandoor and it was super delicious. The mango lassi served as a great accompaniment for the appetizers. The fresh hot naan was delicious and went well with the main courses. Overall the food was a solid 5 star.

The service Ranveer and his team provided was beyond excellent. The team is hardworking and knowledgeable; very professional and very approachable. The entire process of booking the catering for the day; discussing the menu; tasting the samples was overall very smooth. Ranveer was very responsive to all inquiries and gave us the comfort and confidence for a successful event. I’d highly recommend Royal India Kitchen for their delicious food preparation, honest service.“
