“My Mom ordered me some food from here via UberEats. When I looked up the menu, I was quite skeptical due to it being Afro Caribbean. I am usually very particular about Jamaican food, and I know that Sentie (The Owner) is Ugandan, so I was like "what y'all know about Jamaican food! 😭😁😂 PEOPLE. THIS PLACE IS BANGIN'. I had the beef patty. Upon first glance, it looks like any other royal crust or typical Jamaican patty, but the dough was so soft, fried just right, not too flaky and the filling was definitely freshly made that day. You could even see the fresh pepper and seasoning within the filling. The heat was just right. Not too spicy. JUST RIGHT! Next, I cracked open the BBQ Beef Ribs. OH. MY. GOD. They were DELECTABLE. Every rib had a nice hunk of meat on it with minimal fat. They were well marinated-- but not overly salty at all and had this honey like glaze that gave a wonderful flavor profile to the meat. The marinade, contrasting with the sweetness and stickiness of the sauce almost had me licking the inside of the bag! Next, was the Rasta Pasta-- I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IN THIS SAUCE, BUT WHATEVER IT IS, SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! I was so full, but took down half of that container effortlessly. Last but not least, was the jerk pork. This was chopped up almost like a Haitian griot, which was very different. The jerk had a dominating, strong flavor, but was not burning my whole face off. Spice was JUST RIGHT. I also must say, all of the cuts of meat they use are good quality. Soft, tender hunks of meat. Everything was 10/10. No complaints. I can't wait to order again and try some traditional Ugandan food!“
“I recently hosted an intimate family gathering for which I used Pauline's Catering and Staffing. Pauline was wonderful to work with in planning the menu and determining what sort of help I would need on the day of. She was prompt in her responses and very helpful.
On the day of my gathering, Alana and Evelyn did an absolutely outstanding job. They were an excellent team and arrived with everything organized and ready to go. Everything came together flawlessly and they made the day so easy.
The food was absolutely delicious and accommodated several dietary restrictions, and the presentation was beautiful. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was and how wonderful both women were. It was really a treat for me to enjoy entertaining company where everything was taken care of for me.
Alana and Evelyn were so kind when interacting with our guests and made us all feel pampered with the beautiful meal, refilling our glasses as needed and clearing everyone's dishes as they finished their meals. It was like having 5-star restaurant service right in my own back yard.
At the end of the day, when I walked into my kitchen, everything had been washed and neatly organized, and my kitchen was spotless. I am just so grateful for everything they did to make the day so beautiful and relaxing.
I would highly recommend them and I will definitely work with them again in the future!“

Catering in covid times is never easy, and trying to meld Italian food with Jamaican food is never easy, and combining those elements made our search for a caterer really difficult, but Chef John and his team fit the bill perfectly. We wanted our wedding to reflect our diversity of background and J&L Catering was able to play a key role in making our wedding day come to life. By featuring both of our backgrounds in the menu for our day, Chef John not only demonstrated his cooking ability, but his ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances, which given how few weddings go 100% to plan is vital, I honestly could not imagine having pulled off of our special day with another catering partner.“

“Hands down best Valentine's dinner my girlfriend and I have ever had! Lee is an unbelievable Chief. Sat down to a 5 course meal, unbelievable service, everyone was super friendly and inviting. We appreciated the great conversations and lovely pictures taken by Christine Strickland. We started off with delicious soup, followed up by an amazing fresh fruit and spinach salad. Main course surf and turf. I'm a huge steak fan and I can say one of the best I've had in a long time. Extremely tender and flavorful. Following the meal was a delicious cheese and fruit board of a delightful selection. Lastly ended off the night with a delicious chocolate cake. Food was cooked to perfection. Will absolutely be fact in the future. Highly recommend, anyone looking for an intimate and memorable dining experience Chef's Kitchen on Main is the place!“
“I find no problems with the staff here. They are always cheery and helpful. I do think there could be some efficiency improvements and the wait times are a little long and a bit pricey for cafeteria food. But otherwise food is generally decent and selection is variably good to very good.“

This ice cream store is as good as it gets. Whenever we visit the Natick area, we end up here.
They have some indoor seating, and some outdoor seating. Very pleasant. It *is* in a strip mall sort of location, near the large Natick Mall, but it's still nice.“

“Tastings really helped make our wedding reception a success! They were very organized and quick in flipping our ceremony space for the reception. But the best part was the food, from appetizers to dinner to 4 flavors of wedding cake! We received multiple compliments on the food being the best "wedding food" from our guests and we have to agree. They worked with us closely to make sure our day went without a hitch and made it a day to remember.“
