Dunkin' Donuts in Franklin

“This is a great location. I read prior reviews. Low ratings make absolutely not a lot of sense especially here. The management is established the service is exceptional. Maybe they have the location wrong for low reviews although people can have a bad day. But trolling for low reviews or a hostile ex employee could explain some of it. After this dunkin no longer has Lisa ( that was the only issue ) I have ever encountered that was not good whatsoever. It’s been really great every time“

“The miffins we had were very good as was the coffee. Even the decaf, which my wife bought, was hot. That is very unusual as decaf is usually an afterthought, even for coffee shops.

The service was friendly and prompt, though the lady who served us had a bit of a problem with the register. But we just made light of it and had a good experience.“
