“I was having a great day, I was looking forward to getting Dunkin on my way to work, I had a night shift. I went to Dunkin about 6:47 pm 13 minutes before closing time. As soon as I pulled up, the lady seemed unfriendly and Wasn’t really friendly at the drive-through when I ordered. I simply ordered an iced Matcha latte with cold foam. Which was a medium. And multigrain bagel with butter. Once I pulled up to get my food, I took off and was on my way to work and when I Open the bag with a bagel in it there was no butter on the bagel and inside were two butter packets with a knife. My Matcha Wasn’t even all the way full. It felt like I was drinking a small. I never in my life have gotten A bagel that they haven’t spread butter on. I was so disappointed because I obviously couldn’t spread the butter on the bagel on my way to work so I had to eat it without butter. And I basically finished my Matcha and five sips. so sad.“

“I went into this Dunkin this morning with an iced coffee I had purchased at another store (that was more convenient for me) that was so bad it was undrinkable. They took my shitty coffee no questions asked and gave me a new coffee without charging me even though I hadn't bought it at that store. And it didn't disappoint. It was delicious. Every time I go to this store the service is fast and friendly and the coffee is made perfectly.“
“The Dunkin on S Main St is one of the best. I do go in there a lot and the employees aren’t the typical rude type, they’ve always treated me well and I appreciate that. My food and drinks are always made well! No complaints about this Dunkin, I highly recommend it!“
“The food quality from this Dunkin is outstanding.
My bacon is always well done. That’s so important (to me) in a breakfast sandwich or loaded hash browns. I’m able to fully & entirely enjoy what I purchase because their attention to detail is consistent (ly yummy).
I haven’t necessarily had a bad coffee, but I’d say they nail my beverage 4/5 times. Not failing the 5th drink, but giving it a B- compared to the usual A or A+.
They’re also punctual (and accurate) with pick-up orders.
(In general though, be mindful when navigating the parking/drive-thru in the busy mornings)
