“I'm moving out of Smithfield back to MA tomorrow but I really wanted to say for the past year I've been living here, I've been really impressd with the service. I never have got a bad coffee or food ever from here. Truly appreciate this.“

Better than Starbucks! Wow 🤩 I highly recommend this dunkin because they know how to make people smile, laugh, be happy and healthy, the entire atmosphere gives stability, security and yummm smells of nourishing ingredients - my favorite is their almond colada, 10/10, highly recommend! Further, the faculty really takes the time to get to know you and your personal interests, they understand the importance because customers often come-back for that reason and value the relationships found simply sipping or grabbing a toastie - I recommend their avocado toasts! Thank you for your diligence.“

I heard the manager & crew was in first place in 3 states(Eastern Massachusetts, Connecticut, in Rhode Island for raising donations above 4800 for child hunger foundation. I had to come and check it out for myself. My service was great. I observed the manager concerned for a guess who is leaving with a cane having a tough time walking and she the manager was very passionate in assisting the person leaving, holding the door open, making sure the elderly got in their car. When she walked in, she greeted everyone who was sitting down, continued to coach her team to repeat orders for accuracy…… I can see why my corporate friend was asking about the manager I had a great experience and felt well come, with a appreciation poster. “This Dunkin’ is in a very convenient spot, especially because it’s right next to the gas station. It’s usually my go-to when I’m in a rush before work. I can get gas, place a mobile order while the gas is pumping, then pull right into the drive-through and grab my food or drink quickly.

I go here probably every other day, sometimes every few days, and sometimes even every day depending on my schedule. I’m honestly not sure what all the negative reviews are about because my experience has been very good. They’re fast, friendly, and consistent. I’ve rarely waited more than 1–3 minutes in the drive-through, unless it’s clearly busy, and even then they usually move the line quickly.

One thing I’ve noticed is that mobile ordering through the drive-through is much faster than ordering for pickup inside. The few times I’ve done mobile pickup inside, it took a little longer, but when I place a mobile order and go through the drive-through, it’s usually ready very quickly.

The staff are nice, and as someone who goes there often, I’ve had no real complaints. Prices seem a little different compared to some other Dunkin’ locations, with some items being cheaper and others more expensive, but I know each Dunkin’ can be individually owned and operated. Overall, I think this is a great location, especially if you’re stopping for gas or need something quick before work.“

“I visit this Dunkin donuts at least 6 days a week on the way to work, sometimes I'm there as they're opening for the day. Joe, who opens most mornings, is quick with a friendly greeting, takes our orders promptly and always delivers our orders made to perfection, sometimes he's got it ready before I even get to the counter. Joe is basically the coffee God. it's nice to have a positive interaction so early on the morning. I usually drive by 2 other Dunkin locations that are closer to my house just because of the exceptional service.“
