They somehow managed to make my chicken parm calzone with multiple chicken bones in them. Two of them were from wings and were at least two inches in size. When I called to inform the staff, the manager they put on the phone told me it was “impossible” and took no ownership for this error that could have injured or killed someone by choking. Ordered online, 2 super beef sandwiches, add-on choicesdid not include au jus,, so I assumed they'd be served with it. Asked for bbq sauce on side. Got home with 2 buns filled with dry roast beef and some raw onions, no au jus, no sauce on side. What a disappointment. Cant rate because I couldn't eat it.
Great prices and great food Maks never disappoints. I used to come for the famous roast beef sandwich which is a amazing btw. But I have recently become a breakfast customer! The cornbread is to die for 🥰 Everyone is always friendly it’s a great place to go for a nice breakfast!
