The absolute Worst food I have ever been subjected to, it even smelled rotten. Service was slow even though we were one of the two occupied tables. Go someplace else or suffer food poisoning.
I was in a business adjacent to Pepper Terrace this afternoon and needed to use the bathroom. A plumber was working on the bathroom there, so I popped next door into Pepper Terrace.
When I asked politely to use the bathroom, (there was NOBODY in the restaurant at the time), the owner told me bluntly it was only for customers.

I had high hopes for this restaurant after reading wonderful reviews. I ordered Chicken Pad See Ew and it was very tasteless and bland. There was zero sauce on it. Would not recommend. 😞
