“I have had my fair share of disappointments here. However it seems there's new crew members that have brought in a lot of positive energy, and care to this location. I am very happy to say that my disappointments from the past are now overshadowed by my many now great experiences with not only interacting with the safe but the quality of the products I purchase. Every drink and food item is being handled with care and they want to make their customers happy.“

“Typical Dunkins food and coffee. Service is so so at times due to being understaffed. At those times normally they only keep the drive through open, but if you go into the store, there will be a kiosk setup to be used to place an order inside, and when completed and ready will be put into a organized sticker, with each order clearly marked for you to grab at the pick-up portion of the counter.“

“They always treat me so well here. I come almost daily and get the same thing and the staff know I come every day just about so they always show sincere hospitality towards me. Morning shift is a little questionable, probably guessing they are a little more rushed and more busy so I understand. But afternoon shift is absolutely phenomenal. My drinks and food are always right and taste amazing. Anyone else notice even while getting the same thing, for some reason it always tastes different depending on which Dunkin’s you go to? This one definitely always makes it really good and it always hits the spot. Keep up the great work. 😁“

“I have been a frequent visitor to my local gourmet in Hudson. Ever since my first visit I have been hooked. Their flavored iced coffee is the best I have ever had. The staff are always super helpful and pleasant. I even have out of town family members eager to visit when they come to town.“

I didn’t catch his name but he is an exceptional worker and if Dunkins knows what’s good for them then they will give him a raise. 10/10 experience, myself and my coworkers are impressed and we will be returning to give our business to Dunkins on Village Inn Road!“

“I went here today in my travels after getting a disgusting iced coffee from Dunkin in Baldwinville, minutes away from this location. I decided to go inside, because the drive thru line was huge. I had a very friendly & polite young male sales associate (who had light hair & wore glasses) service me at the counter. I asked him if he would mind remaking my awful iced coffee from the other Dunkin & he agreed to do so with a smile & great sense of humor as well. The coffee he made (remade) for me was excellent, hazelnut extra extra iced. I will be back to this particular location for delicious iced coffee & great customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Winchendon.“
