“This place is open seasonally. This Year is from February 26 - April 3, 2022. Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 3 pm. I drove two hours to get here. And today was a snowy day. The drive was absolutely worth the experience. The place was jam packed. We waited about an hour to be seated. While you wait you can tour the sugar house while you wait. I met Lisa there and she explained the process. The food was great too. We had a short stack, mixed berry waffle, combo #2 and Walters favorite. Instead of pancakes we ordered Finnish pancakes. Maaaan those were absolutely wonderful. It's kind of a hybrid between waffles pancakes and eggs. Devine. I highly recommend this place. And also they have farm made maple syrup. They mentioned that they made the batter freshly. It was quite a treat on a snowy day in New England.“
“I love this place and their food. The service can be slow sometimes but that is because they have so many regulars that come in and the staff likes to see how their day is going. For the most part, since I moved to Greenfield, Ma. From East Texas, I get good service but sometimes I feel like I've been forgotten. I hope to give them some East Texas favorites that I think even people from this area would enjoy like Frito Pie for one. The prices are good and you get a good amount of food for the price. I just wish they were open longer than 3 PM. It would be so AWESOME to have dinner here and then go next door to Greenfield Gardens Movie Theater. Give it a try when you're in Greenfield.
