“This is a great breakfast spot! I haven't been there for lunch yet, but I am certain that it is also a fine spot for that as well. I was particularly impressed with their response to accommodating a gluten allergy. The food was delicious and the staff persons all very hospitable. They appeared to have quite a few regular customers--lots of familiar and friendly conversations.“

“I haven't been here in a while. I felt like they upgraded their service and quality. Thank you Dawn for your outstanding service and welcoming attitude. I got the the biscuits and gravy combo. The biscuits were huge and perfect. The sausage gravy was very good. It also came with 2 eggs, I got them scrambled to put my xtra gravy on them. I substituted the 2 sausage for bacon to make it 4 strips which were cooked just like i like them. The hash browns were great but maybe could have been flipped to make them as crispy on both sides. My only suggestion, bring back the breakfast buffet.“

“Absolutely love this place! My husband’s grandparents live in New Britain, and this is a must go to place for me every time we visit. They are so sweet to our family and are always so welcoming when we come. I dream of their pancakes because I genuinely believe they have the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten! Can’t wait to visit this weekend!!“

“Great place for some delicious breakfast and good coffee. Situated in an incubator, food hall atmosphere, this is place is a little gem of a find. We had the burnt end eggs Benedict and a churro donut. The staff are friendly and quick, will gladly stop here again. Outside and inside seating available.“

“Went there this morning was my first time going to the establishment, I was greeted by a very friendly girl behind the desk. She was very social and polite I think her name was Amelia. Service was awesome she was also the only one working behind the desk at a busy hour. Definitely gonna be back in the next week.“

“This was the second time I have gone to Kettle Bagels. I’m not sure why it took me so long to return! It is a really great spot in Rocky Hill, and a much needed option besides Dunkin’ Donuts! Food is high quality, iced coffee is great and the hash browns are delicious ( and I’m guessing a bit naughty lol) Can’t wait to go back! The bagels are really good and I’ll be picking up a half dozen with some cream cheese this week.“

“Had a pleasant experience today at IHOP. My friend and I met for breakfast. The food was good but the service was great! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. She checked on us frequently and was very patient. This was one of my better experiences at IHOP. The food was nice and hot and the service was exceptional.“
