“Absolutely love this place! My husband’s grandparents live in New Britain, and this is a must go to place for me every time we visit. They are so sweet to our family and are always so welcoming when we come. I dream of their pancakes because I genuinely believe they have the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten! “Excellent food… great service… friendly atmosphere…homey… the colors, decorations, beautiful ceiling …just lift my spirits.. and I love being there! Also, Bathroom is large enough for handicapped chairs and always very clean and comfortable. Kudos to the lady that spends a lot of her time decorating for all the holidays and seasons for our enjoyment!“

“Went there this morning was my first time going to the establishment, I was greeted by a very friendly girl behind the desk. She was very social and polite I think her name was Amelia. Service was awesome she was also the only one working behind the desk at a busy hour. Definitely gonna be back in the next week.“

“Amazing bagels! They are so soft when you get them in the morning, they fresh bake them everyday day. First time ordering DoorDash from here, and I got a cute drawing along with it. :) They have lots of different cream cheese and bagel options.“

“Me and my family haven't been to IHOP in a while, and going back after so long was awesome. Shout-out to Pamela; she was a great server and very accommodating. I definitely would recommend this IHOP location to friends and family, and I would definitely say to look out for Pamela, because if you get her as a server, you'll be in good hands 🙌🏻.“

“Our order: 1st plate: sausage & 2 eggs toast & 1 pancake 2nd plate: omelette with green peppers; tomateo & cheese ( no toast or meat) 1 pancake ---1 cup of coffee each!! COST: $33.34! Outrageous! The young waitress forgot to put in for 1 pancake as partner requested a little late but she completely forgot altogether & then told us it was almost done, should have admitted dde forgot to put in for it! Then she never came back to get us a 2nd cup of coffee. Busy at times but it only takes 10 seconds to pour coffee & the mugs are extremely small! Seems she catered to larger tables (bigger tips)! Way too expensive for the poor service. Prices on menu online are not updated“
