Visited on Sat. Jan 27th, 2024 around 2pm at the Southington CT on Queen Street from Maine. We were seated by the hostess after waiting for awhile. The hostess at the front was not friendly, did not greet us, or acknowledge us in any way other than to show us to our table. She seemed very irritated while she was showing us to our table. Our experience at IHOP was quite a long wait due to staff shortages but that is not something to blame for the staff there. Jackie , Ashley and the whole crew that were there today showed an outstanding performance of hard work and dedication. They made sure everyone was acknowledged and treated with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Thank you IHOP crew for doing your best and making us feel cared for.

Unfortunately the wait is long, the food wasn't at its best, as a family we've decided not to visit IHOP in Southington anymore. The staff needs to be better presented and a manicure would be needed, your hands are what carries the plates with customers food, it was very unpleasant to see dirty finger nails, it needs better appearance.Why is the food always cold?
